Ordering

Please send your purchase order via email (only scanned-in), or via fax (+49 7071 9709051).

Purchase Order

On your purchase order please specify:

1. Licensee: name and address
   Please provide name and address of the licensee, namely the person or company you are ordering for.
2. If different from 1.: invoice address and / or delivery address
3. Contact persons: names and email addresses
   

   •  Commercial contact:

   Receives notification of expiring subscription term/pending subscription renewal.

   •  Technical contact:

   Receives information regarding the availability of bugfixes, upgrades, and new versions.

4. For members of the European Union (excluding Germany): VAT number
5. (Optional: Order reference label)
   Any number or name that shall be used on the invoice to reference the purchase order.
6. Combination of product type and license type, and combination's price
   If you are ordering a Site license, please also provide the postal address of the site where the license will be used.

   If you are ordering a Single Developer license, please also provide the name of the developer that will use the license.

   •  Example (purchase order, product with subscription):

   Name of developer: John Smith
   Annual subscription for yFiles Complete, Single Developer license: US$ ...

   If you are ordering a Project license, please also provide the name of the application that the license is ordered for.

   •  Example (purchase order, product with subscription):

   Name of application: Foo Diagram
   Annual subscription for yFiles Complete, Project license: US$ ...

Product delivery is via Internet download.
